The One Movement Journey

It Started with an Idea...

With over 30 years of combined experience working with and within the labour movement, the founders of One Movement (Carlos and Steve) have received just about every “union swag” item in existence!

As representatives and executive members of their respective labour unions, responsible for designing and purchasing promotional material, Steve and Carlos identified a large gap in the limited variety of quality products offered and the low standard of service being provided. With experience in creative design and a connection with a local print shop, Carlos and Steve decided they would provide the union community with quality products and services they deserve.

And so, One Movement Threads was born.

After many months of searching for the right manufacturers and finding the right Union to be a part of (RWU 580 - ILWU Canada), One Movement was officially launched in April of 2018 -- and we’ve been growing ever since!

Today, One Movement offers products and expert services ranging from custom clothing and apparel to website design and podcast production. One Movement is proud to provide union members and progressive organizations with a one-stop shop for engaging promotional material and growth strategies to develop their unique movements.
